Role: Configuration Specialist is in charge of the configuration of the front end of MI modules.
He/she is responsible for analyzing requirements expressed by customers and implementing the most relevant solutions according to internal processes, guidelines, best practices and instructions.
He/she delivers a product that meets high quality standards to answer customer needs within expected deadlines.

Main responsibilities:
Configuration of the front end application within expected deadlines and quality commitments;
Performing testing of product modules;
Participating to code review;
Analyzing each problem and suggesting alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs;
Keeping full development documentation (release notes, code documentation, design documentation) of carried out tasks to trace all customization specificities;
Providing regular and ad hoc reporting on the project status on agreed format and within deadlines, in particular time tracking.

Requirements:
12 months experience in IT field;
Knowledge and working experience of SQL language;
Web-based application development skills;
Basic programming skills in C# or JavaScript
Good communication skills in English;

OPTIONAL:
Working experience with C#, JavaScript and ASP.NET;
CRM knowledge and MI application and tools understanding;
Pharmaceutical industry knowledge;
Software Development Life Cycle.
