Kompulsywny looser na forum
aż serce rośnie gdy Anglicy tak, sprzeczają sie na forum o polskie piwo:
MTL - you know nothing about beer. What is Czechia? Maybe Czech rep.? I've been to more than 70 breweries in the world. All breweries in Czech r., Germany, Ireland. I told you about Tyskie and Zywiec because I think it's something I've never seen before. 8 million hectolitres a year in Tyskie. Great buildings from the beginning of 17th century and the end of 19th. 160 fer. mat. tanks. Splendid brewhouse Number 3 with old vats. Many bottling lines and can fillings - 2000000 bottles a day. 100 000 - one line bottling an hour. Superb museum with 3d cinema, touch screens, old mugs. It's better than Pilsen where I've been to more than 4 times.
This is why I write about it. You should know something more about Polish beer, its rich history, unfortunately destroyed by communists who prefered vodka.
I took beertrip.eu because he is a guide from one of the breweries listed there. He knew castles and palaces where the brewery oweners lived. He gave me a lot of different coasters, mugs, and beer for tasting. Talking and talking and talking for 12 hours, nonstop. It wasn't cheap but any hotel in Krakow is also not cheap. BUT IT IS CHEAPER THAN IN COUNTRIES YOU THINK ABOUT BEER. If you want to pay nothing there is a "Minibeer" offer for 35$. Last night you spent more at your favourite Irish Pub. If you're in Poland ask for any offer you want. Last year I visited Zywiec with another guide and company. It was a guide from Krakow. He said NOTHING, and he knew NOTHING about beer. I paid only for the transport and than I had to pay 12 zl another guide in Zywiec brewery. I was cheated. This year I wanted to visit also Tyskie and I found beertrip.eu. From 9 am to 9 pm I could look at, hear about, taste BEER. ONLY BEER. Pszczyna castle, Bisons in Jankowice, Tyskie brewery, museum, tasting, Zywiec, Katowice Microbrewery Spiz and Bierhalle. Souvenirs. In my opinion too many things for 200$.
