pomoc w zmianie portwela

Witam, mam chyba nietypową prośbę... mam do rozwiązania case którego treść zamieszczam poniżej, będę wdzięczny za wszystkie pomysły na zmianę portfela.

Mr. Jacek Ksenik, aged 65, is a former CEO of a leading commercial bank in Poland, where
he was working for 10 years. He knows the financial market in Poland more than his children,
who do not have much contact with him unless they need his money to spend on expensive
fun. When he was a CEO, he was just giving them all they wanted (not to be bothered and to
kill the remorse about not putting so much attention to them), but now he would like them to
learn about the value of money and life, especially since he realized they would probably not
survive an economical depression or a financial crisis without him. He is a very wealthy man
and one of the best money manager in Poland, but since he wants to spend more time with his
family and on philanthropy, he would like to give his assets to a professional management
company. He heard you are professionals so he is coming to you. His total wealth is around
50 million PLN. That includes:
• 2 real estates (1 willa in Sołacz of 1,8 Mio PLN – not for sale; 1 Ataner penthouse in
Katowicka Street in Poznan, 800.000 PLN),
• shares in 2 commercial buildings (both in the center of Warsaw, each around 1000
meters square; at this moment they are rented by his bank for 50.000 PLN a month),
not for sale
• stocks of 6 companies from WIG 20 (value on 20 Nov 2008 of 15 Mio PLN)
• 500.000 USD and 500.000 GBP and 300.000 EUR
• 3 Mio PLN in bank locates in BZ WBK
• 400.000 PLN in retirement plan in Commercial Union
• 3 Mio PLN in BZ WBK AIB stock mutual fund
Mr. Ksenik has 2 children: a daughter (aged 22) and a son (aged 24), would like them to study
abroad (best in Harvard), thinks also about heritage issues to them and his wive (5 years
younger than him).
Please propose changes to his wealth and create an investment plan for the next 5 years
(including 2 years of MBA studies of his children abroad). He is open to alternative
investments but because of age is not such a gambler any more.
