Inteligo is an internet bank and has email and text (SMS) notification

I was looking for this in Inteligo demo webadmin and didn't find it. Is is possible to set-up these announcements through web or need to contact the bank personaly?

They are automatically set up after you open an account, and as I remember correctly they are free for the first 3 months.
