KRK Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:
The Member of the Supervisory Board of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto, Matej Lahovnik, informed the company that on 22 December 2023 he acquired 400 shares of the company with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120) for his own account on the official market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at a weighted average price of EUR 109.50. The transactions are not linked to the exercise of a share option programme. The notice will be published on the company's website (www.krka.biz) from 22 December 2023 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
