IFC Publikacja nowego Dokumentu Informacyjnego. Publication of a new Information Document.
W związku z utratą ważności Dokumentu Informacyjnego opublikowanego przez Spółkę w dniu 2 listopada 2021r. na stronie internetowej Spółki oraz raportem bieżącym ESPI nr 12/2021, który został zaktualizowany Suplementem nr 1 opublikowanym przez Spółkę na stronie internetowej Spółki oraz raportem bieżącym nr 8/2022 z dnia 12 października 2022r. Spółka publikuje nowy Dokument Informacyjny.
Dokument Informacyjny z dnia 2 listopada 2021r. zaktualizowany w dniu 12 października 2022r. utracił ważność ze względu na upływ czasu od dnia jego publikacji, stosownie do postanowień art. 39 ust. 1 w zw. z art. 37b ust. 3 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych (t.j. dz. u. z 2019 r. poz. 623 z późn. zm.). Niniejszy Dokument sporządzony został w trybie artykułu 1 ust. 5 lit. g) Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2017/1129 w sprawie prospektu, który ma być publikowany w związku z ofertą publiczną papierów wartościowych lub dopuszczeniem ich do obrotu na rynku regulowanym oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 2003/71/WE z dnia 2003/71/WE z dnia 14 czerwca 2017 r. (Dz.Urz.UE.L Nr 168, str. 12). Due to the expiration of the Information Document published by the Company on November 2, 2021 on the Company's website and current report ESPI No. 12/2021, which was updated with Supplement No. 1 published by the Company on the Company's website and current report No. 8/2022 of October 12, 2022 the Company publishes a new Information Document. Information Document of November 2, 2021 updated on October 12, 2022 expired due to the passage of time from the date of its publication, pursuant to the provisions of art. 39 sec. 1 in connection with art. 37b sec. 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623, as amended). This Document has been drawn up pursuant to Article 1 sec. 5 lit. g) Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC of 2003/71/EC of June 14, 2017 (Journal of Laws UE.L No. 168, p. 12).
