ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. ("Company") previously informed its respected Investors on
several occasions that it is involved in a pending legal dispute with the customer regarding the MAHART project, among other things, due to the fact that ENEFI is not paying the consideration for the delivered assets to the customer. The Company trusted in the peaceful settlement of the legal dispute, however, the company acting on behalf of the customer and belonging to its group of companies, which stores the devices, has now initiated court proceedings regarding the transportation of the devices by ENEFI. The ability of the above is proved by the fact that the customer has no actual intention to perform, so the legal dispute between the parties can be decided in court.
