PCO Appointment of Frederick Arnold as a Non-Executive Director

Pepco Group hereby announces the appointment of Frederick Arnold to the Board as a non-executive director, effective from 6 June 2024.He will join the Board as Audit Committee Chair and also sit on the Remuneration Committee.
