SPH Notification of sale of Treasury shares of "Sopharma" AD
Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 25, 2024 the Company sold 710 000 (seven hundred and ten thousand) repurchased own shares representing 0.40% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 4 217 400,00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 5,94.
