KER OPERATIONS UPDATE – IMPACT OF THE RUSSIAN WAR AGAINST UKRAINE

Kernel Holding S.A. (the “Company”) informs that its largest oilseed processing plant in western Ukraine was damaged due to a recent drone attack by Russia. Operations at the facility have been suspended, and the fire resulting from the attack has been extinguished. Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of the attack. The Company is currently assessing the extent of the damage and the related losses.
