ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (the “Company”) informs its dear Investors as below:
The Board of Directors of ENEFI decided today that the Company, as the owner, will raise at the meeting of the board of directors of White IT Zrt. that White IT amend its business policy in such a way that in the future its activities include the development of broker software that can also be used on the international capital market, for the distribution of the software conducting market research and establishing partnerships for the use of software on the local market with stock exchange member brokerage firms and banks. Considering in particular that the activities of White IT are very close to the world of the stock market, the professional knowledge accumulated in White IT can be utilized more effectively by modifying the business policy in this direction.
